Joyce Maye

Joyce was born in 1623 in Somersetshire, England.¹   Joyce's father was Robert Maye and her mother was Elizabeth Barnard.  Her paternal grandparents were John Maye and Martha Baskerfield; her maternal grandfather was Baldwin Barnard. She had two brothers and a sister, named John Barnard, Robert and Anne.  She was the youngest of the four children.
