George Lowry

George was born in October 1879 in ,Bourbon, Kentucky.¹ George's father was Felix Lowry and his mother was Mary Kate Bedford. His paternal grandparents were George G. Lowry and Nancy B. Bruce; his maternal grandparents were Asa Coleman Bedford and Lucinda Hedges. He had two sisters named Lucy and Kate. He was the youngest of the three children.
