Wesley Burton Long

Wesley Burton was born on December 25th, 1835 in Hawkins, Tennessee.¹   Wesley Burton's father was John Long and his mother was Nancy Henard.  His maternal grandparents were Robert Henard and Rebecca Miles. He had a brother and a sister, named Andrew Jackson and Rebecca Jane.  He was the oldest of the three children. He had eight half-brothers and a half-sister, named Thomas Alexander, George Maxwell, Moses, Spencer Ball, Joseph Kennedy, Isaac David, William, James and Ann.  He died at the age of 76 on April 9th, 1912.¹
