William Litten

William was born about 1836 in ,Washington, Missouri.¹   William's father was Patrick Litten and his mother was Angelisy Horine. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Michael, Wellington, Franklin, Elizabeth, Mary Ann and Nancy.  He was the oldest of the seven children.
