Franklin Litten

Franklin was born about 1852 in ,Washington, Missouri.¹   Franklin's father was Patrick Litten and his mother was Angelisy Horine. He had three brothers and three sisters, named William, Michael, Wellington, Elizabeth, Mary Ann and Nancy.  He was the youngest of the seven children.
