Eliza Lawson 
Eliza was born in 1838 in Rogersville, Hawkins, Tennessee.1 Eliza's father was Lazarus Lawson and her mother was Helen Maria Rogers. Her paternal grandparents were Jacob Lawson and Polly Or Mary Dodson. She had six brothers and a sister, named George W., Joseph Rogers, Robert, Jacob, Lawson, Lazarus and Mary Ann. She was the fourth youngest of the eight children.-
