Martha E. Knight

Martha E. was born in 1854 in ,Henderson, Kentucky.¹   Martha E.'s father was Jesse Knight and her mother was Permelia Ann Bowen.  Her paternal grandparents were Shadrack Knight and Margaret Holder; her maternal grandparents were Robert Bowen and Delilah Trundle. She had three brothers and five sisters, named John Robert, James Alexander, Jesse, Mary E., Sarah Ann, Melvina C., Pamelia Jennie and Alice Love.  She was the second youngest of the nine children.  She died at the age of 74 in 1928.¹
