Martha Ellen Jackson

Martha Ellen was born about 1858 in Missouri.¹ Martha Ellen's father was Smith Jackson and her mother was Eada Simmons. Her paternal grandparents were Phillip Jackson and UNKNOWN Baker; her maternal grandparents were John Simmons and Rachel UNKNOWN. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Phillip, William, Austin Clark, John, Susan, Rachel, Sarah Catherine, Melissa and Mary. She was the second oldest of the ten children. She had four half-brothers and four half-sisters, named George Chester, Walter J., Rush, Albert, Fanny, Bertha, Jessie and Lizzie.
