Frances Perlina Hulsey

Frances Perlina was born on April 9th, 1858 in Hulsey, Washington, Missouri.¹   Frances Perlina's father was William Henry Hulsey and her mother was Elizabeth V. Horine. She had seven brothers and three sisters, named Charles Leroy, Benjamin Francis, James Milan, John Gano, William H., Alexander Washington, Eli Walls, Sarah Elizabeth, Susan Elizabeth and Florence Ann.  She was the youngest of the eleven children.
