George Jacob Helsley

George Jacob was born about 1770 in Shenandoah County, Virginia.¹   George Jacob's father was Jacob Helsley and his mother was Maria Margaret Kemmerer. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Christian, Henry, Peter, Sibilla, Dorothy, Catherine and Barbara.  He was the second oldest of the eight children.  He died in 1833.¹
