James W. Griffith

James W. was born on October 2nd, 1877 in KY.¹   James W.'s father was James L. Griffith and his mother was Adrienne Graves.  His paternal grandparents were William A. Griffith and Cynthia Mathers; his maternal grandparents were Jefferson Graves and Mary Dunn. He had three brothers and a sister, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named James, William D., Warren H., Mary E. and Griffith.  He was the third youngest of the six children.  He died at the age of 1 in 1878.¹
