Lewis Amos Goad

Lewis Amos was born in 1853 in Hawkins Co., TN.¹   Lewis Amos' father was Peter Goad and his mother was Marinda.  His paternal grandparents were William Goad and Mary Hall. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Johnston, David, Nathan Dillard, Nancy J. and Mary Ann.  He was the second youngest of the six children.  He died at the age of 71 in 1924.¹
