Joseph Gillenwaters

Joseph was born in 1792 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.¹   Joseph's father was Joel Gillenwaters and his mother was Sally Or Loretta Gibbons.  His paternal grandfather was Thomas Gillenwaters. He had six brothers named William, David, Thomas, Elijah C., John C. and Joel G..  He was the third youngest of the seven children.
