Samuel Ewalt

Samuel was born on August 12th, 1792 in Paris, Bourbon, Kentucky.¹ Samuel's father was Henry Ewalt and his mother was Elizabeth Frye. His paternal grandparents were John Ewalt and Sarah; his maternal grandparents were Abraham Frye and Agnes Ann Young. He had three brothers and three sisters, named John, Henry D., Richard, Sarah, Mary and Rebecca. He was the second youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 86 on August 16th, 1878 in Paris, Bourbon, Kentucky.¹
