Isaac Dunn was born on May 27th, 1838 in Sullivan County, Tennessee.1 Isaac Dunn's father was John Droke and his mother was Isabel Wolford. His paternal grandparents were Jacob Droke and Catherine Faust. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named William David, Elkanah D., Jacob M., George Washington, James, Samuel, Andrew Jackson, Anna and Catherine. He was the second youngest of the ten children.-
