David Cross

David was born on October 25th, 1826 in Tennessee.¹   David's father was Elijah Cross and his mother was Catherine Cook.  His paternal grandparents were Elijah I Cross and Ann Lane. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Thomas Jones, William King, Jacob Cook, Elijah, John, Rebecca, Eliza Jane, Elizabeth, Catherine, Ellender and Mary. He had five half-brothers named Alexander Sinclair, Andrew, Franklin P., James K. P. and Samuel L..  He died at the age of 59 on February 8th, 1886.¹
