Phalba Lee was born on October 6th, 1918 in Collin County, Texas.1 Phalba Lee's father was Addie Lewis Combest and her mother was Bertha V. Capps. Her paternal grandparents were Raleigh Jefferson Combest and Rebecca P. Hammond; her maternal grandparents were Jasper Newton Capps and Tilola Hart. She had five brothers and five sisters, named Infant, Robert J., Jack Wendell, Jasper Lewis, Leroy N., Mary Ruth, Infant, Living, Living and Living. She died at 5 months old on March 11th, 1919.1 -
