Mary Cato

Mary was born in 1863.¹ Mary's father was Philip Washington Cato and her mother was Malinda Hancock. Her paternal grandparents were Stephen Francis Cato and Elizabeth. She had four brothers and five sisters, named William, Hartwell Jackson, Robb Benot, Jacob, Lavina, Beeda, Amanda, Mollie and Caroline. She was the fourth youngest of the ten children.
