L. A. Casey 
L. A. was born in 1860 in Missouri.1 L. A.'s father was Daniel Casey and his mother was Elisa Noel. His paternal grandparents were John Casey and Joanna Daugherty; his maternal grandparents were Reuben Nowell and "Polly" Zumwalt. He had six brothers and four sisters, named John, J., Reuben D., Peter, E. H., Patrick, May, Ellen, Francis and Catherine. He was the youngest of the eleven children.
