Catherine Casey

Catherine was born on July 10th, 1854 in Richwoods, Washington, Missouri.¹ Catherine's father was Daniel Casey and her mother was Elisa Noel. Her paternal grandparents were John Casey and Joanna Daugherty; her maternal grandparents were Reuben Nowell and "Polly" Zumwalt. She had seven brothers and three sisters, named John, J., Reuben D., Peter, E. H., Patrick, L. A., May, Ellen and Francis. She was the third youngest of the eleven children.
