Floyd W. Breeding

Floyd W. was born in 1856 in Sullivan County, Tennessee.¹   Floyd W.'s father was Andrew Jackson Breeding and his mother was Cassandra Matilda Hurst.  His paternal grandparents were William Breeding and Charity Fugate; his maternal grandparents were Samuel Hurst and Lucinda H.. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Albert Grayson, Rufus William, Sidney H., James Kemper, Robert Withers, Irby Jackson, Mary E., Laura W., Margaret H. W. and Sarah Ann.  He was the second oldest of the eleven children.  He died at the age of 84 in 1940.¹
