Nancy E. was born in January 1876.1 Nancy E.'s father was John Bowmer and her mother was Mary A. Luttrell. Her paternal grandparents were John Bowmer and Phoebe Goodman. She had three brothers and a sister, named Marion A., Abraham L., James W. and Emma. She had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named William Frank, Shelby Stone, John Alfred Cauell, Sarah Frances, Mary Margaret and Julia Adaline.1 -
