William F. Barr

William F. was born in 1877 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.¹   William F.'s father was Samuel Barr and his mother was Sarah E..  His paternal grandparents were Barr and Margaret. He had a brother and four sisters, named Robert M., Margaret E., Almeda A., Eleanor J. and Alice J..  He was the youngest of the six children.
