Sarah Frances Barr 
Sarah Frances was born in 1859 in Sullivan County, Tennessee.1 Sarah Frances' father was George B. Barr and her mother was Katherine Lucinda Seneker. Her paternal grandparents were George Barr and Elizabeth Hawk; her maternal grandparents were John Seneker and Frances Acree. She had four brothers and two sisters, named John Seneker, George Robert, William A., Charles Valentine, Elizabeth and Mary Alice. She was the third oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 4 in 1863 in Sullivan County, Tennessee.1 -
