Andrew Arnott 
Andrew was born in 1854 in Persia, Hawkins, Tennessee.1 Andrew's father was Valentine D. Arnott and his mother was Katherine Smith. His paternal grandparents were Jacob Arnott and Emeline Grigsby. He had a brother and six sisters, named Monk, Nancy, Dulcena, Lucinda, Julia A., Minerva and Martha. He was the third oldest of the eight children.-
