William Hobbs was born on June 14th, 1804 in Sampson Co NC. William Hobbs' father was Demcy Odom and his mother was Annis Hobbs. His paternal grandparents were Abraham Odom and Sebell UNKNOWN; his maternal grandfather was William Hobbs. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Levi, Enoch, Meredith and Sarah.
