William Browne 
William was born about 1708. William's father was Thomas Browne and his mother was Christian Maule. His paternal grandparents were John Browne and Mary Boddie; his maternal grandparents were William Maule and Penelope Eden. He had four brothers and a sister, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named John, Howell, James, Edward, Sarah and Thomas. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children. He died in Brunswick Co, NC.-
