James Browne 
James was born about 1712. James' father was Thomas Browne and his mother was Christian Maule. His paternal grandparents were John Browne and Mary Boddie; his maternal grandparents were William Maule and Penelope Eden. He had four brothers and a sister, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named John, William, Howell, Edward, Sarah and Thomas. He was the second youngest of the seven children.-
