William White Pruitt 
William White was born in 1786 in Greene Co TN. William White's father was Abraham Pruitt and his mother was Margaret Ann White. His paternal grandparents were William Sr Pruitt and Mary Martin; his maternal grandparents were Thomas SR. White and Margaret UNKNOWN. He had a brother and a sister, named John Welch and Elizabeth. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died about 1843 in Lawrence Co AL.General Notes
I BELIEVE WILLIAM WHITE PRUITT DIED IN LAWRENCE CO AL APPROX 1843 BECAUSE
HE IS LISTED IN THE 1830 AND 1840 CENSUS OF LAWRENCE CO AL. AT LEAST HE IS LISTED AS HEAD OF FAMILY AS A MAN AGED BETWEEN 40 AND 50 IN 1830 , AND AGAIN AS A MAN AGED BETWEEN 50 AND 60 IN CENSUS OF 1840 ALABAMA.
