William MILLS 
William was born on August 27th, 1742 in Hopewell, Frederick, VA. William's father was John III MILLS and his mother was Rebeckah HARROLD. His paternal grandparents were John II MILLS and Sarah HARROLD; his maternal grandparents were Richard HARROLD and Mary Ann BEALES. He was an only child. He died at the age of 78 on May 14th, 1821 in Louis Co., VA.General Notes
