Henry Winfrey

Henry was born in 1864 in , Hawkins, Tennessee.  Henry's father was Holmes Warren Winfrey and his mother was Lucinda Elkins.  His maternal grandfather was Shaner Elkins. He had four brothers and three sisters, named James Hardin, John Johnson, William L., Hal Gillespie, Beersheba, Sarah Kate and Sidney.  He was the second youngest of the eight children.
