Cyrus Ward 
Cyrus was born about 1842 in Sullivan County, Tennessee. Cyrus' father was Drury Ward and his mother was Elizabeth Prater. He had four brothers and two sisters, named William, Stephen, Simon Peter, Elbert S., Melvina Jane and Martha R.. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children.
