Peter Turney 
Peter was born on July 17th, 1781 in , Culpepper, Virginia. Peter's father was Daniel Turney and his mother was Susan Matheny. His paternal grandparents were Peter Turney and Eva May Schwartz; his maternal grandparents were Daniel Matheny and Judah. He had four brothers and seven sisters, named John Thomas, Jesse, Amos, Matthew, Eve Mary, Sarah, Judith, Anna, Rebecca, Lydia and Catherine. He was the second oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 53 on June 4th, 1835.-
