Marena Tate 
Marena was born on April 14th, 1833 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. Marena's father was David Tate and her mother was Nancy Caroline Kelly. Her paternal grandparents were Edward Tate and Sarah McMullen. She had two brothers and two sisters, named John Kelly, Caswell Carpenter, Happy Caroline and Worthy. She was the second youngest of the five children. She died at the age of 66 on August 30th, 1899.-
