John Stanhop 
John's father was John Stanhop and his mother was Mary Hawley. His paternal grandparents were Edward Stanhop and Margaret Colshill; his maternal grandfather was John Hawley. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Edward, Henry, Michael, Thomas, Anne, Elizabeth, Margaret, Mary, Susan and Ursula.
