Samuel Roller Shipley 
Samuel Roller was born on June 27th, 1892 in , , Tennessee. Samuel Roller's father was George W. Shipley and his mother was Mary Elizabeth McKenzie. His paternal grandparents were Nathan Roller Shipley and Mary Ann Fansler; his maternal grandparents were John M. McKenzie and Mary Ann McCorkle. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Ora Nathan, James Hiram, John E., Della Dixon, Cordie Ann, Etta Harrison, Lena Ethel, Goldie Mae and Mary Mable. He was the fifth youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 90 on May 15th, 1983.-
