John Presley

John was born in 1837 in Of, Hawkins, Tennessee.  John's father was Andrew Presley and his mother was Mary. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Jefferson, Larkin, Howard, Nancy, Martha, Jane and Rhoda.  He was the fourth oldest of the eight children.
