Howard Presley

Howard was born in 1840 in Of, Hawkins, Tennessee.  Howard's father was Andrew Presley and his mother was Mary. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Jefferson, Larkin, John, Nancy, Martha, Jane and Rhoda.  He was the fourth youngest of the eight children.
