Senter Lawson 
Senter was born in 1838 in Rogersville, Hawkins, Tennessee. Senter's father was Preston Lawson and his mother was Malinda Willis. His paternal grandparents were William Lawson and Sarah Hinton; his maternal grandparents were John Willis and Willis. He had six brothers and six sisters, named Calvin, Calloway Hodge, Preston, William, John, Henry, Verne, Rowena, Winifred, Lucinda, Minerva Ann and Sarah. He was the fourth youngest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 48 in 1886 in , , Tennessee.-
