Martha Lawson 
Martha was born in 1871 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. Martha's father was George Washington Lawson and her mother was Melvina Jane Cook. Her paternal grandfather was Martin Lawson. She had five brothers and two sisters, named George W., Martin Monroe, William Asbury, Robert Lee, James Patton, Elizabeth and Cornelia. She was the youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 74 in 1945.
