Joan Klepper 
Joan was born in 1872 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. Joan's father was Nathan Klepper and her mother was Sarah Jane. Her paternal grandparents were Jacob Klepper and Mary Loudermilch. She had four brothers and six sisters, named Isaac Shelby, Clinton, William, Simeon, Sarah, Eliza Lisa, Mary Susan, Martha, Ornettie and Nancy. She was the fourth youngest of the eleven children.
