David Klepper 
David was born in 1871 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. David's father was Benjamin Klepper and his mother was Mary H. Davis. His paternal grandparents were Jacob Klepper and Mary Loudermilch. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Riley, Arthur, Hugh, Nancy A., Cornelia Or Neely, America, Mary and Cora. He was the fifth oldest of the nine children.
