Minerva Jones 
Minerva was born in 1838 in Of, Hawkins, Tennessee. Minerva's father was Thomas Jones and her mother was Elizabeth Harmon. Her paternal grandparents were Elijah Jones and Nancy Harmon. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Alfred, James, Jesse, Alexander, Lucinda, Louisa and Rosannah. She was the third oldest of the eight children.
