Jesse Jones

Jesse was born in 1840 in Of, Hawkins, Tennessee.  Jesse's father was Thomas Jones and his mother was Elizabeth Harmon.  His paternal grandparents were Elijah Jones and Nancy Harmon. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Alfred, James, Alexander, Minerva, Lucinda, Louisa and Rosannah.  He was the fourth oldest of the eight children.
