Mary Frances Johnston 
Mary Frances was born in 1834 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. Mary Frances' father was Joseph Rogers Johnston and her mother was Diana Beal. Her paternal grandparents were John C. Johnston and Mary Rogers; her maternal grandparents were John Beal and Mary Elizabeth Bertram. She had three brothers and five sisters, named John Clinton, James Matson, Harvey Vance, Lucy Ellen, Lavinia Walker, Sarah Ann, Alice A. and Matilda. She was the oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 69 in 1903.-
