Wiley Blount Helton

Wiley Blount was born in 1866 in , Hawkins, Tennessee.  Wiley Blount's father was Wiley Helton and his mother was Mariah.  His paternal grandparents were John Helton and Charity. He had six brothers and three sisters, named James C., Jackson, Brownlow, William H., John, Stokley, Lucinda, Mary E. and Matilda J..  He was the fourth oldest of the ten children.
