Jackson Helton

Jackson was born in 1863 in , Hawkins, Tennessee.  Jackson's father was Wiley Helton and his mother was Mariah.  His paternal grandparents were John Helton and Charity. He had six brothers and three sisters, named James C., Wiley Blount, Brownlow, William H., John, Stokley, Lucinda, Mary E. and Matilda J..  He was the third oldest of the ten children.
