Anna's father was Peter Haller and her mother was Magdalena Dake. Her paternal grandparents were Peter Haller and Dorothy; her maternal grandparents were John Dake and Catherine Coffeld. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Augustine, Elias, Henry, Jacob, John, Catherine, Dorothy, Elizabeth and Eva.
