Alexander Hale 
Alexander was born in 1821 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. Alexander's father was Henry Harvey Hale and his mother was Esther Brotherton. His paternal grandparents were Ogburn Or Ogden Hale and Lovina Hobgood; his maternal grandparents were William Brotherton and Esther Bone. He had three brothers named William, Ogburn and John. He was the second youngest of the four children.-
