Thomas Goad

Thomas was born in October 1889 in , Hawkins, Tennessee.  Thomas' father was Nathan Dillard Goad and his mother was Elizabeth Hamilton.  His paternal grandparents were Peter Goad and Marinda. He had three brothers and nine sisters, and also two siblings of unknown gender, named Samuel, Wallace, John Curtis, Eva, Nancy A., Sarah J., Alice, Ella, Steney, May, Sarah, Burly, Sulacial and Goad.  He was the sixth youngest of the fifteen children.
